Tough Day, Tough Work, Tough Inside...

I am getting tired, getting frustrated by the people around me; especially in my work place. Tired of people who does not care with others, or in this case does not care if they finished their job or not.The worst thing is if their job not complete, it will effect my job too. So you can guess what happened right?

Yup. I have to help to complete all pending tasks; which shall be done by others. As a results, those people are taking advantage on me. Meaning that, whatever job or task that should be under their responsibilities, will also be mine.

Getting frustrated, by the people who does not want to give full support. They always take things so light eventhough they realize that things are should be treated seriously, in order to complete task and assignment.

Furthermore, people nowadays, especially freshie at my workplace, they are soooo lazy! Everything must be SUAP! Everything must be prepared for them. They are lack of independency. They don''t have initiative to complete the job.

I am sure people who score or have the best grade during their student time are not necessary can adopt themselves well in job environment. Dean list student does not guarantee he or she can perform well in their career, because people like this only best with books.

While during real job (as I am referring my current job), is not only based on theoretical, but majorly it is hands-on job. It means that this type of work require you to go to production floor, witness the process and try to practice the job so that you can understand very well.

But what happened to most of the freshies in my work place, they rather sit in front of computer, googling information instead of walk to production floor and get actual knowledge. But if you ask them what, why, how and when, they are unable to answer that correctly.

I understand they all new and I don't expect them to be an expert in one day. Me myself also still at learning stage. But what makes me sick of them is they are don't know how to make them proactive. Hey came on la..you are engineer, you should act and work as an engineer, not as technician. People are paying you an engineer salary, so please make yourself useful rather than waiting and depends on others.

Yes. I am tired deal with this kind of people. I really love my job now, but people around me makes me feel uncomfortable.
